Cara Considers her Options

Hi all. This week's beauty is Cara, who sits in a tree listening to a lovely bird song; or is she considering a quick snack? Perhaps she's doing a little of both.
This ink and gray tone peice was sketch for t3fingers. Thanks t3!
Cara is not the only one considering. I am thinking about putting together a collection of images in a similar style to this one and putting it up for sale on Redds Place. If you like this idea, please let me know; lots of interested comments will make me do it sooner.

New Delicious Poster

Hi guys. This week's post is a contribution from MMM--a poster he designed using images from the Delicious CD. Thanks M! This poster shows an overview of the whole sequence of art. Although it's not a comic, it did involve a story line. To me, a story makes the art a lot more sensual. I'm not sure why this is; maybe I just like sequential art so much that it colors my view of everything.

Perils of Pearl

This week's pic comes from Perils of Pearl, a short comic project for sale at Redd's Place. PoP #0 is a prequel where we meet the charming young Pearl Summers, her best friend Coral, and get tantalizing glimpse of their sensual, private dance session. Or is it private? Pearl is already attracting the kind of attention that will lead to future Perils.
PoP is drawn by Redd and illustrated by AJ. We are already discussing future adventures for Pearl. We'd  love to hear your feedback on this series.

FC and San Jose

Hi folks. I'm back from FC and feeling fine. This is despite the fact that Michigan appears to have followed me when I flew to the west coast. My normal trip down town was cancelled in light of temps in the high 30's and pouring rain.
Regardless of weather, I had a fine time at FC this year. It was a terrific show and I got to chat with lots of folks I haven't seen face to face since last year. I did well and took a lot of commissions. Next year I hope to take my scanner with me, so that I can post some of the pieces I've completed at the show here for all of you to enjoy.
In the meantime, here's a piece I've done for TXtom; it's a very nice piece that I took at Anthrocon last year and completed at home. TX, thanks for including me in the FC group piece--it was fun as usual. As to your question about the wings, I initially figured they were under his suit; my dragon wings are very flexible, like a bat's, and can be literally folded around his body when he has a suit on. He tried wearing a suit that had holes for the wings but those things kept tearing whenever he stretched. His wings are kept in place by a leather vest worn under his shirt so that an errent twitch does not take out a shoulder seam. His underwear could be darn near as interesting as hers.....
